We’re almost one-sixth of the way through the year already.
That’s not meant to stress you out. Just a reminder that momentum compounds, and so does avoidance.

No fixing.
No performance.

As entrepreneurs, we’re great at execution and great at pretending to hold it all together. We’re less great at naming the quiet stuff. The conversation we’re delaying. The decision we’re circling. The risk we keep talking ourselves out of. The dream we’re scared to say we have.

Avoidance grows in silence.
Playing small thrives in the dark.

Sometimes the fastest way to shrink shame is to bring it into the light, even better with strong coffee and people who understand the weight of leadership.

Bring whomever you like. If someone in your world would benefit from real conversation and a strong cup of coffee, invite them along.
