President | Accelerator Chair
Founder of Home Probe Inc, one of the Southeast’s most referred home inspection companies, Jeff is a founding member of EO Charleston and a graduate of the EO Atlanta EOA program. As Chapter President, he guides the board in delivering high-value, high-impact experiences for members. In his continued role as Accelerator Chair, Jeff champions the next generation of entrepreneurs, helping them scale with intention through EO’s world-class Accelerator program.

 

JAYSON TOMPKINS

Past President | Strategic Alliance Partnership Chair
Founder of Print Your Cause, Jayson joined EO in 2021 and quickly made an impact. As Past President and SAP lead, he’s dedicated to building strong alliances that open doors for members and amplify EO’s impact. Jayson’s commitment keeps the community energized, connected, and focused on transformational growth.

 

Michelle Harris

Marketing and Communications Chair
Michelle is the founder and CEO of Karst, a Charleston-based creative agency that helps companies transform branded merchandise into intentional brand strategy. A Charleston native, Michelle’s career began in the music industry before evolving into entrepreneurship, blending creativity with operational execution. With over 20 years of experience, she brings a passion for storytelling, design and business growth to her role as Marketing Chair, helping EO Charleston amplify its voice and connect with the broader entrepreneurial community.

 

Brennan Smith

Membership Chair
As the co-founder of Flying V Group and one of EO Charleston’s newest members, Brennan brings a fresh perspective to the Membership role. His recent journey into EO gives him a unique ability to connect with prospective and incoming members, making sure they feel welcomed, supported and excited about what’s ahead. Brennan is passionate about growing a community where entrepreneurs thrive - starting from day one.

 

haig Berberian

Membership Co-Chair
A founding member of EO Charleston and founder of Specialty Food Solutions, Haig brings seasoned insight and a deep understanding of EO’s culture to the Membership team. Partnering with Brennan Smith, Haig helps ensure every new member is a strong fit and gets plugged in with purpose. His goal: build a chapter that’s growing in depth, connection and impact.

 

Christina Lock

Accelerator Co-Chair
As Founder and CEO of Catch Talent, Christina knows what it takes to scale both teams and businesses - and she brings that expertise to EO’s Accelerator program. A passionate advocate for entrepreneurship and community growth, she helps early-stage founders gain the clarity, confidence and connections they need to level up. Whether she’s mentoring future leaders or cheering on her two boys, Christina shows up with purpose and heart.

 

Jessica Munday

Accelerator Co-Chair
A founding member of EO Charleston and the chapter’s first female entrepreneur, Jessica brings years of EO leadership and business-building experience to her role. She’s the President and CEO of TRIO, co-founder of Cloud Nine Nonprofit Advisors, and co-owner of Full Circle Fishing Charters, proving she knows how to juggle growth, purpose and passion. As a former Chapter President and US East Area Director, Jessica now turns her focus to helping Accelerator participants build the foundations for lasting success.

 

Holly BULLOCK

Member Engagement Chair
Co-owner of Deserving Vacations, Holly knows that a sense of belonging doesn’t happen by accident - it’s something you design with care. Her background in hospitality and community leadership makes her a natural at helping members feel connected, seen and supported. Holly is passionate about cultivating an EO experience where every member feels like they’re exactly where they’re meant to be.

 

Mat MacDonell

Learning Chair
As founder of The Offsite Co., Mat specializes in designing experiences that spark clarity, connection, and breakthrough thinking - exactly the kind of impact he brings to EO Charleston’s Learning events. He’s focused on curating high-value experiences that go beyond inspiration and drive real business transformation. With Mat at the helm, expect programming that challenges assumptions, fuels growth, and creates space for meaningful peer exchange.

 

John LaVerne

Community Engagement Chair
A co-founder of EO Charleston and founder of Bulldog Tours, John has spent decades championing Charleston’s cultural, historical and economic vibrancy. In his board role, John focuses on building bridges between EO and key community organizations - connecting members with local leaders, resources, and opportunities that fuel business growth and civic impact. Whether it’s through chambers, universities or economic development partnerships, John helps EO members tap deeper into the city we call home.
