Matt Sullivan

Chapter President
Matt is the CEO/Founder of BES Cleaning, Inc and Soul Pilgrim, LLC. He joined EO Charleston in 2019. Before serving as chapter president, Matt was membership chair and learning chair. He is a serial entrepreneur with a background as an actor and recently founded a production company with his longtime friend and mentor, G. Riley Mills.

 

Jessica Munday

Immediate Past President | Area Director
Jessica is a founding member of EO Charleston, as well as the chapter’s first female entrepreneur member. She is president and CEO of TRIO, a full-service marketing communications agency; co-founder of Cloud Nine Nonprofit Advisors and co-owner of Full Circle Fishing Charters. Prior to serving as area director for the U.S. East Region, Jessica was chapter president.

 

JAYSON TOMPKINS

Membership Chair | President-Elect
Jayson is the founder of Fulfill Engine and Print Your Cause. He joined EO in 2021. In his board position, he is responsible for meeting with individuals who are interested in joining EO to determine whether the business owner qualifies and to present the new member to the board for approval upon qualification approval.

Learning Chair
Founded by Brannon, Poe Group Advisors has helped facilitate hundreds of transitions all over the U.S and Canada. Brannon is thought leader and author of several books within the accounting space. In 2019, Brannon began Accounting Practice Academy™, a virtual workshop that helps accounting firm owners make more, work less and have fun while doing it. Brannon was one of the original 3 founding members of EO Charleston. He has served as President and Finance Chair and is currently the Learning Chair.

 
 

Holly BULLOCK

Learning Co-Chair
Holly is the co-owner of Deserving Vacations, a premier vacation rental management company based on Isle of Palms that prioritizes hospitality first and continuously ranks among the top property management companies in the area. With a background marked by innovation, leadership, hospitality and community engagement, Holly has proven to be an integral part of our vibrant entrepreneurial community. She is committed to fostering a culture of continuous learning and knowledge exchange among our members. Holly will play a pivotal role in curating impactful learning experiences that empower entrepreneurs to thrive in an ever-evolving business landscape. 

 

haig berberian

Forum Chair
Haig is a founding member of the EO Charleston chapter and was instrumental in the chapter’s formation. He is the founder and owner of Specialty Food Solutions, a protein and specialty products provider headquartered in Charleston. He is the chapter’s inaugural president and has served as the strategic alliance partner chair. Now forum chair, Haig’s mission is to build vitality and health within the chapter’s forums.

 
 

JORDAN BERRY

Forum Co-Chair
Jordan is the co-founder of Interloop, a data engineering and analytics company headquartered in Charleston, SC. He is a digital transformation expert with over a decade of experience empowering clients to achieve more with data. In addition to his role as forum co-chair for EO Charleston, he serves as a mentor at the Harbor Entrepreneur Center and is a member of the CHS Tech Advisory Committee.

 

Ben Farmer

Finance Chair
Ben is the founder and CEO of Resultstack, a full stack web and mobile software development consulting company. Having worked in technology all his life, Ben is passionate about innovation and believes that learning is a lifelong pursuit. Ben previously served as the membership chair for EO Knoxville.

 

John Laverne

Member Engagement Chair
John is the founder of Bulldog Tours, Charleston’s premier walking tour company. He is a founding member of the EO Charleston chapter and served as the chapter’s representative for the EO Nerve event held in Sept. 2019. He is responsible for helping to welcome all new members to ensure they are immersed in the full EO experience.

 

KONRAD NIERWINSKI

Communications Chair
Konrad is the CEO of CreativeWorks, providing marketing and information technology services, with specialization in new media, to enterprise customers. In his role as communications chair, Konrad ensures that members, partners and our local community are informed about all things EO Charleston.

 
 

WARD MUNGO

Strategic Alliance Chair
Ward is the owner of Ward Mungo Construction, focusing on building affordable housing communities. He is responsible for all strategic partnerships for the chapter and works closely with the chapter’s strategic partners to bring value to their businesses as they build relationships with some of the area’s top entrepreneurs.

 

BRIAN CRADOCK

Community Engagement Chair
Brian is the founder of IFS Group and VP with nationwide Kleen-Tech Services, a janitorial and facility services company.  He is also a business advisory consultant in indirect spend management and lending. With 30 years living in Charleston, he serves as EO Charleston’s community engagement chair. He is passionate about cultivating a community that supports entrepreneurs in their growth, regardless of where they are in their journey.

 

JEFF LUTHER

EOA Chair
Founder of Home Probe Inc, Jeff is a founding member of EO Charleston and a graduate of the EO Atlanta EOA program. As EO Charleston’s EOA Chair, Jeff oversees our partnership with EO Charlotte to ensure Charleston-area aspiring entrepreneurs have access to EO’s world-renowned Accelerator program.

 

Mat MacDonell

MyEO Chair
Mat was born and raised in Redwood City, California. He is an athlete, father and an entrepreneur now living in Charleston, SC. Mat founded The Offsite Group to help companies design more thoughtful and intentional in-person meetups and retreats around the world. He is excited to bring his event planning expertise to the MyEO role.

 

Ryan Hamilton

Governance Chair
Ryan co-founded Bluebuzzard Technology Group, which puts smart technology in the hands of hospitality’s top sales professionals. In his role as governance chair, Ryan is responsible for preserving EO’s culture of trust and respect and ensuring a safe place for EO members to meet and interact.
