President | Learning Chair
Founder of Home Probe Inc., one of the Southeast's most referred home inspection companies, and founder of All Can, No Can't, Jeff believes growth begins with resilience, action, and a willingness to embrace challenges. His personal journey has shaped a leadership style centered on connection, courage, and continuous learning. As EO Charleston's President and Learning Chair, Jeff leads the board in creating meaningful experiences that inspire members to think differently, challenge themselves, and grow as entrepreneurs and as people.

 

KONRAD nIERWINSKI

Strategic Alliance Partnership Chair
As the Co-founder of CreativeWorks and Co-founder and CEO of TagLife, Konrad thrives on bringing people together for meaningful conversations that create links within communities to accomplish change. He brings that same relationship-first mindset to building partnerships with organizations that believe in supporting entrepreneurs. With nearly two decades of experience in sales, marketing and business leadership, Konrad creates authentic, mutually beneficial relationships that strengthen our chapter and enhance the member experience. His passion for connecting people and ideas ensures EO Charleston provides meaningful opportunities for learning, connection and growth.

 

Michelle Harris

Marketing and Communications Chair
Michelle is the founder and CEO of Karst, a Charleston-based agency that helps organizations turn branded merchandise into a strategic extension of their brand. After beginning her career in Nashville's music industry, Michelle built more than two decades of experience helping companies strengthen engagement through thoughtful storytelling, creative strategy, and memorable brand experiences. As EO Charleston's Marketing & Communications Chair, she brings that same strategic approach to sharing the chapter's story, celebrating its members, and fostering meaningful connections across the entrepreneurial community.

 

Brennan Smith

Membership Chair
Now serving his second term as Membership Chair, Brennan brings experience, enthusiasm, and a genuine passion for helping entrepreneurs discover the value of EO. As the co-founder of Flying V Group, he understands the challenges and rewards of building a business and is committed to connecting prospective members with a community where they can learn, grow and build lasting relationships.

 

haig Berberian

Member Engagement Chair
As the founder and CEO of Specialty Food Solutions, Haig has spent more than four decades building lasting relationships and bringing people together through great food. A founding member and past president of EO Charleston, he brings deep institutional knowledge and a genuine passion for the chapter to his role as Member Engagement Chair. Haig is dedicated to creating experiences that strengthen connections, encourage participation, and ensure every member finds lasting value in their EO journey.

 

Jessica Munday

Finance Chair
Jessica is the founder and CEO of TRIO, co-founder of Cloud Nine Nonprofit Advisors, and co-owner of Full Circle Fishing Charters. A founding member of EO Charleston and former Chapter President, Jessica brings decades of entrepreneurial leadership and a passion for building strong, sustainable organizations. With a focus on smart systems, thoughtful stewardship and long-term growth, she helps ensure the chapter's resources are managed responsibly so EO Charleston can continue delivering exceptional value to its members.

 

John LaVerne

Community Engagement Chair
As the founder of Bulldog Tours and a founding member of EO Charleston, John has spent decades building meaningful connections throughout the Lowcountry. Serving another term as Community Engagement Chair, he continues to strengthen relationships between EO Charleston and the organizations, institutions, and leaders that shape our region. John's deep ties to the community help create opportunities for members to expand their networks, give back, and play an active role in Charleston's continued growth.

 

Brian Anderson

Forum Chair
Brian is the founder of ADVYON, a technology company dedicated to helping small businesses grow through smarter communication and technology solutions. A natural connector and servant leader, Brian believes that meaningful relationships are at the heart of every successful business and community. As EO Charleston's Forum Chair, he is committed to fostering trusted peer connections and supporting the Forum experience that makes EO so transformational. His thoughtful leadership helps create an environment where members can be open, learn from one another, and grow together.

 

Shani Godwin

US East Area Director
Shani is the founder and CEO of Communiqué USA and creator of the JOY Economics® platform, helping organizations build stronger teams through strategic communications and people-first leadership. As a US East Area Director, she serves as a vital link between EO Charleston and the broader EO network, bringing regional perspective, leadership experience, and best practices from across the organization. A former president of EO Atlanta and longtime EO volunteer leader, Shani is passionate about helping chapters and the entrepreneurs within them learn, grow and thrive together.
