Breaking Barriers Dinner
Ikigai - A Purposeful and Fulfilling Life
Ikigai is a Japanese concept that translates to "a reason for being" or "the happiness of being busy." It's a broader concept about finding fulfillment in everyday life, rather than a singular grand purpose. The focus is on the small joys and a sense of purpose derived from activities you enjoy, have skills for, and contribute to the world. Your ‘ikigai’ is the point where a number of aspects come together, namely what you love, what you are good at, and what the world needs. In the West, what you can be paid for is often added.
🧠 Come ready to engage. You’ll be guided through a powerful, topic-driven conversation using EO Forum best practices. There are no spectators here—only participants. Everyone’s voice matters, and vulnerability is the price of admission.
